Although ADHD is often considered to be an illness that affects children, it is still a common illness in adults. Furthermore, most of the available treatments consist of stimulants and similar medications that can be problematic.
Northwest Clinical Research is currently evaluating a new non-stimulant medication for adults with diagnosed ADHD.
