Dr. Raina is a Medical Sub Investigator at NWCRC and has worked on more than 60 clinical drug trials. Dr. Raina graduated from Government Medical College Jammu, India in 2007 and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2012 from the University of Kashmir, India.
She completed Post-Doc Research Fellowship in Minimal Invasive Surgery from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka India.
Dr. Raina has more than a decade of experience in healthcare and research in India and the United States. She has a keen interest in Clinical Research. She believes that clinical research enables advances in medicine that lead to better healthcare for individuals and communities. When asked about her experience working on Clinical Trials, Dr. Raina said, "Clinical trials not only push the boundaries of our medical knowledge through scientific inquiry but also provide hope for patients who have tried and failed conventional treatments. This makes Clinical Research work a very satisfying experience for me."
